Overview
To build longer-term customer relationships you need to create a positive impression and deliver consistent and reliable customer service. You need to encourage loyalty from external customers maintaining this over time. With internal customers, building a better relationship and longer-term service partnerships will improve the efficiency of the organisation and the way that different parts of it work together. In this course you will learn how to develop customer relationships with both external or internal customers. You will discover how to build their confidence, make them aware of the your products and services and explore their expectations.
