Overview
The NVQ in Customer Service enables you to deliver a continually improving service to customers. You will gain a widely respected work-based qualification.
Course Times
Training days: 10.00 – 5.00 plus assessment time arranged with each individual Level NVQ Levels 2 and 3

Awarding Body
OCR (Oxford Cambridge and Royal Society of Arts)
NVQ Qualification.
To achieve the full award, candidates must complete mandatory and optional units, selected in consultation with your assessor. The training is optional: you can attend any or none of the days, according to your work role and your business needs.
Assessment is required to complete the qualification, consisting of:

Costs
Costs comprise the fee for each training course, plus
* Assessment for Level 2: £900
* Assessment for Level 3: £1100
Funding is available for eligible companies under the Train to Gain programme.
