CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKSHOPS


 
Overview
Customer Service courses enable you to develop your customer service skills, improving them to deal with different situations. They are designed to support learning for candidates for the NVQ in Customer Service. Each workshop session is self-contained, and the courses can be attended in any order.
 
COURSE TIMES
Training: Half day session workshops (10am – 1pm)
 
AIM OF THE COURSE
To enable individuals to deliver a continually improving customer service to Awarding Body OCR (Oxford Cambridge and Royal Society of Arts) standards.
 
COST
£100 + VAT. The courses are free those eligible under the Train to Gain programme
(Full payment must be received prior to the course commencing)

Part 1:
Working to deliver good customer service;

Part 2:
Provide customer service effectively;

Part 3:
Creating a positive impact with customers;
  Part 4:
Delivering customer service at your organisation;

Part 5:
Problem solving

Part 6:
Developing and improving customer service
     
The training sessions will be supported by handouts and resources to help in your personal development and support learning and development.
