Overview
This 1 day course is about supporting colleagues in identifying their learning needs and helping to provide opportunities to address these needs. Encouraging colleagues to take responsibility for their own learning is an aspect of this course as is your role in providing an ‘environment’, for example, in your team or area of responsibility, in which learning is valued. Who should attend? The course is recommended for team leaders, first line managers, middle managers and senior managers.

You will be able to identify the learning needs of members of your team and support them in designing and implementing a professional development plan.   Qualifications This course provides the underpinning knowledge for and can count towards the award of an NVQ in Team Leading Level 2.
