Overview
An introduction to using Microsoft PowerPoint to create high quality presentations for presenting information. This course also provides the skills necessary to pass the ECDL Module 6 exam. ECDL is designed specifically for those who wish to gain a benchmark qualification in computing to enable them to develop their IT skills and enhance their career prospects.

Prerequisites
Good practical knowledge of how to use a computer. You should be able to use a mouse to select, open and close files and folders. You need to be aware of the file storage areas, such as My documents, desktop and hard drive. You should know how to ‘copy’ and ‘paste’, minimise and maximise a window, the difference between ‘save’ and ‘save as’ and how to switch between one open application and another.

To provide the client with a working knowledge of creating presentations. By the end of the course the client will be in a position to design and create superior presentations with appropriate special effects.
