Overview
Projects appear in all shapes and sizes, from multi-million pound implementations to simple purchasing. Many of us manage projects without even realising it. Project management is the process of taking these projects and making them work. This course is aimed at people who are responsible for managing a project. It covers how to develop and agree a plan for the project, and monitoring and controlling implementation of and changes to the plan. It also covers how to ensure that the project achieves its key objectives and is completed to the satisfaction of the project sponsor(s) and key stakeholders.
Who should attend?
The course is recommended for those running one or more projects and first line, middle and senior managers. For people working towards NVQs in Management.
