Overview
The NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading is for people working in roles where they have a responsibility for the work of others as they lead a team.
Course Times
Training days: 10.00 – 5.00 plus assessment time arranged with each individual Level NVQ Level 2
Aims Of Course
This course provides individuals with an opportunity to develop and demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed to start a career in leadership and management.

Qualification
To achieve the full award, candidates must complete mandatory and optional units, selected in consultation with your assessor. The training is optional: you can attend any or none of the days, according to your work role and your business needs.
Assessment is required to complete the qualification, consisting of:

Costs
Costs comprise the fee for each training course,
plus £900 for assessment.
Funding is available for eligible companies under the Train to Gain programme.
